Cheeswrights partner Nigel Ready has been appointed a national rapporteur for the United Kingdom in relation to a project commissioned by the European Commission and undertaken by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (“BIICL”) to study practical and other difficulties (if any) which private individuals and companies experience in relation to legalization and apostille issues.
